Not a Registered Behavior Technician yet? We’ll pay to train you and get you certified as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to jumpstart your career– and you’ll earn a $150 sign-on bonus after successfully completing 90 days on the job!

What We're Looking For:
-Patience and compassion
-A playful and upbeat personality
-Someone who loves working/playing with kids
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Experience working with children with autism or developmental disabilities (at least 1 year)
- Experience in the ABA field (at least 1 year)
Works days
- Must be at least 18 years old
-Valid Driver’s License and access to a personal vehicle
-Able to pass background checks
- Reliable, punctual, and eager to learn!
